Terms for the current preview.

By using SteadyTrader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be legally able to accept these terms.

If you use SteadyTrader for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

The current account experience is a local browser preview. Keep access to your device secure and provide accurate information in any form you choose to submit.

Subscription prices, trials, renewal periods, and cancellation terms shown today are planned product terms. Payments are disabled, no purchase is completed, and SteadyTrader does not store card data in the current preview. When paid checkout becomes available, the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout will apply to that purchase. A subscription will renew only if that is disclosed when you subscribe.

You may use the service for lawful personal or internal business research, subject to these terms and any market-data restrictions. You may not scrape or bulk extract the service, reverse engineer it, bypass access or rate controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, upload harmful code, misrepresent output, or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.

Market data may be subject to third-party licenses and redistribution limits. You may not redistribute, resell, or create a competing data feed from third-party market data displayed through SteadyTrader unless the applicable provider expressly permits it.

SteadyTrader and its software, interface, written materials, branding, and original model presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.

The preview depends on third-party data, hosting, news, and communication services. Their terms and availability may also apply. Third-party names identify sources or integrations and do not imply endorsement.

SteadyTrader provides informational and educational tools. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or execution venue. Nothing on the service is investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to enter or exit a trade.

Dealer inventory is not observed. Positioning, walls, flip levels, max pain, gamma, and flow are modeled estimates based on available third-party data and stated assumptions. Data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, cached, unavailable, or corrected. Treat every displayed level as an analytical estimate, not an observed dealer position or trading instruction.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. SteadyTrader does not promise that data is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular trading decision.

To the extent permitted by law, SteadyTrader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any remaining liability will be limited to the amount you paid SteadyTrader for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Some laws do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.

We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or discontinue a preview feature. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will apply prospectively after the revised terms are posted or otherwise presented. Questions can be sent to support@steadytrader.co.
